// 01. GENERAL POLICY

At The MediaScape, we are committed to delivering exceptional digital solutions. Due to the custom nature of our services (Web Development, Videography, Marketing), refunds are handled with strict adherence to the milestones outlined in your specific service agreement.

// 02. PROJECT CANCELLATION

In the event of a project cancellation, the following protocols apply:

  • Pre-Commencement: If a project is cancelled before any work has commenced, a full refund of the deposit may be issued, less any administrative fees.
  • Active Phase: Once work has commenced, the initial deposit is non-refundable. This covers the resources and time already allocated to your project.
  • Mid-Project: If cancelled during an active project phase, you will be billed for all work completed up to the date of cancellation.

// 03. COMPLETED PROJECTS

Once a project has been completed, delivered, and approved by the client, no refunds will be issued. We provide a dedicated revision period (as specified in your contract) to address any adjustments and ensure your complete satisfaction before final sign-off.

// 04. REVISION POLICY

We stand by the quality of our work. If deliverables do not meet the specifications outlined in the project scope, we will perform revisions at no extra cost within the agreed-upon revision window. Changes outside the original scope will be billed at our standard hourly rate.

// 05. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

If you believe you are entitled to a refund due to a service failure, please submit a detailed report to our billing department. We will review the claim against the project scope and deliverables to reach a fair resolution.
